The reaction of bleach and ethanol does not yield chloroform, but the corresponding ester, that is, ethyl acetate (or ethyl ethanoate).

Chloramine is present in pools in concentrations too low to harm humans. But nobody breathes underwater unless they are drowning!

As for hydrogen peroxide and vinegar, in concentrations (3-6%) of vinegar and hydrogen peroxide marketed for household use, mixing without a strong acid catalyst will not form peracetic acid.

The four examples given will hardly yield any amounts of hazardous material, if any at all. You would need bucketloads of the ingredients before feeling any adverse effects.
