Quick easy cheap and I pan

Mince( beef,pork or veal) 500g onion
Garlic
2stock cubes 1cup of stock
1cup rice long grain
Cup frozen veggies or fresh or tinned.
Salt and Pepper Cumin powder half a teaspoon
Method
Fry off onion and garlic
Add mince Cook and mix add herds, throw in veggies cook a couple of minutes, throw in rice then stock mix then cover on high 5 mins then turn down simmer for 15 mins to 20mins
Keep COVERED DON'T KEEP PEEKING as this will spoil rice.
There you have it simple and tasty. You can vary veggies if using fresh add a little more water. 😉 enjoy
