The best gift I ever got on Mother's Day, was when my youngest daughter,
then aged 10, made a little 'booklet' from paper with about 10 pages.
Each page had a handwritten chore for me, some were duplicated,
Eg,, Wash Dishes, Foot Massages, Breakfast in Bed, etc.
It was genuinely, smart and wonderful and cost her nothing.
Her ingenuity proved true and continued until High School, when she won
a bursary for uni, got honours and went on to get a doctorate soon after.
Guess who's a proud mother?
