Every couple of months we have a My Big Family Brunch and I always make a big bowl of this goodness. See notes below

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice ( you can use store bought)
- 1/4 cup grape juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 cups rockmelon balls
- 1 cup halved green grapes
- 1 cup halved fresh strawberries
- Mint optional
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, grape juice, lemon juice ; mix well. In a large bowl, combine the fruit; add juice mixture and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish with mint if desired.

3/4 cup: 75 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 8mg sodium, 17g carbohydrate (14g sugars, 1g fiber), 1g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit.
Note: You can add other fruit eg watermelon balls, kiwi fruit. Recipe can be doubled
