Not costing anything as the AML group has done the design for free otherwise I would say leave the same as the $5 note and just change the Queen for the King but that will cost money and the RBA has spent enough taking the Queen off. The RBA hasn't got anything to do with housing.

Banks now have plastic coin bags. I don't think any use the paper wrappers anymore. I think that is disgusting if a bank charges for counting coins -they all have machines and isn't that 1 of the jobs of a teller? To count money!

I pay cash for most shopping. I also keep a few hundred $$ bagged coins that I keep on hand for floats for raffles, 100 Club, Trivia nights etc so I know I have them there and don't have to go running off to the Bank. Also if they cease minting coins what will we do with our coin collections? No...
