Don't think it does. I thought I heard that Former politicians, Judges, Public Service heads of departments and "significant others" (Governors General and their ilk) will be exempt. Not sure.

Is there a safeguard in place to prevent future governments from deciding that people with superannuation less than $3 mil or less than say ... $500k ... will eventually be included in this tax? Interesting that Socialist governments always go broke, with nothing to show for their huge spending...

As an ex-landlord, I didn't have issues with the tenant we had. You can be lucky ... or not ... with tenants.
