I refute that , age has nothing to do with it,my dad at 89 was as sharp as a knife I hope in one years time I'm the same. My mother in law at 84 had dementia so it's not the same for everyone

I'm so near my nineties and I make sure I'm up to date with the digital age. I know it is hard for some ,but like a friend of mine she refuses to even try.As long as my mental capabilities are okay I think I will be fine

They've been chatging for ages,so have other companies. If you're a pensioner they will waive it. I went digital for bills as I have PO Box and it's a bit of a hike to get to it .
