If banks etc did email us then they would address it as Dear Deni, or whatever your name is, that's a huge giveaway when they address it Dear Client or Dear Customer.
Not that I would click on a link anyway..
Spot on @deni67! Whenever I get electronic correspondence, I go into the branch in person to confirm it.

Wait until the scammers impersonate snail mail with allegedly genuine letters with "authentic lettereads". They probably already engage in such devious tactics.

Yeah sure....as if I would open up that email
or even want a T-Shirt with his name or picture on it !!!!
