Peppermint tea
Grow your own peppermint and never buy a peppermint tea bag again. If you are in a cold region it will die off in winter but comes up again in spring. You can dry some leaves in the warmer months to see you through the winter. Best grown in a pot, as being in the mint family, it will run everywhere otherwise.
Lemon balm tea is also delicious and helps you sleep. Mine died off in the winter but didn't come up again. Just need to buy another plant for a few dollars.
