Christmas is just around the corner, and Aussies are gearing up for their family dinners and gatherings with people they hold dear.
It's a time for eating, drinking, and being merry - something supermarkets know well, what with the annual tide of people scouring their aisles for ingredients!
Now, if you're thinking about what to have for the holidays, fret not, because Woolworths has you covered.
You see, Woolies is launching two new three-course meal packages!
With less than two months to go until Christmas, these sets are sure to take away headaches for those planning parties.
The first package, priced $75, is good for 10 people. The dishes include:

Woolworths Food Company Managing Director Guy Brent said: ‘Christmas is a special time of year to celebrate with loved ones and share great food, and as Today’s Fresh Food People we play a special role in helping customers create and enjoy those little moments.’
Woolworths also took note that Aussies wanted great value meals without compromising quality according to on-the-ground feedback.
He added, ‘We've worked hard to design a range for customers who want to only spend a certain amount but still entertain 8-10 people and menus for those who want to indulge more with a wide variety of show-stopping dishes and roasts.’

Outside of the three-course meals, Brent shared that Woolies has also added 90 new products for the holidays, such as new Woolworths Gold roasts and sides, ‘for a memorable dining experience’.
He also highlighted that their Christmas offerings are more convenient because many of their Gold dishes can be baked in the oven ‘at the same temperature’ for a more convenient cooking process, while others come in oven-ready trays.
In addition to its regular array of desserts, Woolies also has special treats for those with strict dietary requirements such as their Plantitude Cocoa Dusted Truffles and Plantitude Meringue Nests.
If you think this is all Woolies has in store, well, Brent has news for you!
‘This is just the start, with more new products to hit the shelves in the weeks closer to Christmas,’ he said.
‘However our customers plan to celebrate this year, they can find great value, fresh food, and convenient options at their local Woolies.’
Excuse us while we make a quick trip to Woolies! (Kidding… or maybe not.)
