Beloved food chain Guzman y Gomez (GYG) sure knows how to get us drooling. Its wide selection of delectable dishes ranging from burritos to tacos and beyond consistently provides endless satisfaction.
The food giant is at it again with a tantalising new addition to their humongous menu: crispy chicken tenders. Now, when ordering GYG's menu items, there’s an added element of crunch to tickle your taste buds further.
The restaurant has been testing out the new feature for some time in a soft launch. Now, they’ve officially released a whole range of customisable options alongside the new crispy chicken tenders.
So, what exactly can you expect from the new range?
According to Guzman y Gomez, all the chicken tenders are made from Lilydale Free Range chicken breasts that are coated in GYG's secret blend of seasonings. There are no added preservatives, artificial flavours, or any other 'unacceptable additives’.
Lilydale is well-renowned for its commitment to raising healthy, free-range poultry. This means that the chickens are given the freedom to roam outdoors during the day, where they can engage in their natural behaviours – think foraging, dust-bathing, and enjoying the sunshine. You can easily imagine these happy, healthy chickens leading stress-free lives in open fields, which in turn translates to meat that is tender, succulent, and flavourful.
