I love homemade chips and this recipe is a little different

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning ( available in the herb n spice section)
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inches)
- Cooking spray
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
- Cut into each tortilla into eight wedges. Transfer to an ungreased baking Tray
- Bake at 200°C or 180°C fan-forced for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favourite dip or salsa sauce
