Caribbean Chips

I love homemade chips and this recipe is a little different

Prep + cooking time 15 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients​

  • 2 teaspoons Caribbean jerk seasoning ( available in the herb n spice section)
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inches)
  • Cooking spray

Directions​

  1. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Coat both sides of each tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with seasoning mixture.
  2. Cut into each tortilla into eight wedges. Transfer to an ungreased baking Tray
  3. Bake at 200°C or 180°C fan-forced for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with your favourite dip or salsa sauce
