Oh boy - that is a heart attack on a plate, but I would still cook it as a one-off treat

I cooked this last night, but I didn't cook it in the slow cooker I did it in the oven and I seared the chicken before putting it in the casserole dish and then in the oven with the other ingredients on top. I served it with baby red potatoes and steamed cauliflower and carrots.

I loved the Turtles music back in the day and I still sing along loudly today
