‘I got this in my letterbox’: What's behind the eerie note delivered to residents?

It was in the main message about who was responsible, but no news about whether they were punished or not. "Conspiracy theorists Annette Calarco and Doris Duriye Osman were behind the note, spreading the misinformation through their social media channels and prompting followers to take drastic...

Groceries Woolies deals of the week: Wednesday 13 November to Tuesday 19 November

There is a Facebook group called "Markdown addicts" or similar. They report when Woolies and Coles drop their prices dramatically. For example near 5pm you can get a roast chicken for a dollar, and their meat, like steaks etc drop down to around 90% less. One woman did a $300 shop and only paid...

Millions will receive assistance from government after massive investment

I had to look up "straight from the horses mouth" where it came from 😂 Apparently it came from the English racing horse establishment, it means the horse will tell you if it's going to win or not 🧐

Check your mailbox: This weird 'gift' could be a clever scam targeting you!

I don't think she was gullible as she threw the "gift" out. If she had opened the wrapping it was in then that would be a different matter.

‘Ticking time bomb’ at Bunnings that could put you at risk—find out what it is before your next visit!

Get a grip, it's just a story and if they were to list every shop that sold them there would probably be one huge list. Bunnings was the obvious choice as it's so big and popular!

‘Ticking time bomb’ at Bunnings that could put you at risk—find out what it is before your next visit!

I would add Oleander to that list, one of my friends sons touched a plant once and he looked like he'd been beaten up, his face was swollen and black and blue for weeks after, but the silly boy knew of the risks and did it to get off school, he learnt a lesson not to do that in future. If I was...

Millions of Australians set to save big on this revolutionary treatment

I believe that they should put Pandol Osteo back on the PBS, it was taken off a few years ago, except if you are an Aboriginal, they still get it on script, which I think is unfair. Although it's not an expensive medication to buy it still adds up because we were getting 3 boxes on the script...
