People that cause fatal crashes are NOT driving to the speed limit.It doesn't matter what ridiculous speed you lower it too ,People will still break the law and speed at 160 plus.The rest of us who do drive to the speed limit will just be inconvenienced by longer slower trips behind the wheel...
